SHIPPING: The shipping costs for UK, USA & Canada are automatically calculated once a painting has been added to the basket. For all other countries please contact me by email to discuss shipping. For local deliveries I am happy to arrange collection or a personal delivery for free!
Europe - (Jan 2021) Sadly I have temporarily suspended shipping to EU countries as its unclear what extra charges will be made to customers and I don’t want you to have unexpected fees for VAT, customs or handling charges. Hopefully this is a short term result of Brexit but please contact me if you see something you love.
PAYMENT: Payment is taken through PayPal in British Pounds Sterling. If you want to pay me through BACS just contact me at joanneolneyart@gmail.com
RETURNS: I want you to be happy with your new artwork so if a painting is not as you expect you have 7 days to contact me at joanneolneyart@gmail.com and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed you are responsible for packing and arranging a return delivery within 14 days. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days. At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product sent outside of the UK.
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive work that has been damaged in transit please contact me within 7 days and if possible keep a photograph of the damage.
